What’s Inside the Pokémon Scarlet and Violet Prismatic Evolutions Box

An Elite Trainer Box is designed as a complete kit for a set. Here is what each part of this box is for:

• 9 booster packs: the main attraction. These Prismatic Evolutions Pokémon packs each hold 10 cards, so you get a spread of the set’s Pokémon ex, Trainers and rarer cards.
• Full-art foil Eevee promo: a collectible extra that comes in the box itself, not in the packs.
• 65 card sleeves: Eevee-themed sleeves to protect the cards you play with.
• 45 Energy cards: useful for building decks without searching for basic Energy.
• Dice and condition markers: six damage-counter dice, a coin-flip die and two condition markers for tracking a game.
• Player’s guide and code card: an introduction to the expansion, plus a code for Pokémon TCG Live.
• Collector’s box: a sturdy box with four dividers that keeps sleeved cards organised.

Pulls are random, so no box can promise a specific card. The accessories and promo are what make an ETB a complete product even before you open a pack.

Who Is This Pokémon Trading Card Game Scarlet and Violet Box For?

• Eevee fans: the set celebrates Eevee and its Evolutions, and the promo and sleeves carry the theme through.
• Collectors: a sealed ETB from a sought-after set is a recognisable piece for a collection.
• Players: the Energy cards, dice and sleeves give you most of what you need to start playing.
• Gift buyers: it’s a self-contained gift with no need to add accessories.

About the Prismatic Evolutions Scarlet and Violet Set

The Prismatic Evolutions set is a special expansion in the Scarlet & Violet series, released on 17 January 2025. Its theme is Eevee and its many Evolutions, which gain new powers as Stellar Tera Pokémon ex. The expansion also brings together other Pokémon ex from Paldea and beyond, and its glittering, rainbow-coloured card art helped make it one of the most talked-about Pokémon TCG releases. Set databases list it at around 180 cards including its rarer cards, though you should check the official card list for the exact count.

You can read the official overview of the trading card game on Pokemon.com. For the full card list, rarities and artwork, see the Prismatic Evolutions pages on Bulbapedia and Serebii.

Buy a Sealed Prismatic Evolutions ETB: What to Check

Prismatic Evolutions is one of the most in-demand sealed Pokémon products, so condition and provenance matter. Inspect your Pokémon Scarlet and Violet Prismatic Evolutions purchase as soon as it arrives:

• The outer shrink-wrap should be intact, with no tears, loose areas or signs of tampering.
• The wrap seams and box printing should look clean and consistent with official product photos.
• The box corners and edges should be free of major crushing or water damage.
• If anything looks wrong, photograph or film the unboxing and contact us before opening it.

Whichever store you buy from, choose a seller who shows real photos and has clear return terms. If you want to compare prices first, you can look at current listings on eBay and Amazon.

Open It or Keep It Sealed?

Opening the ETB gives you nine packs to enjoy, a promo card and a ready-made kit for playing. Keeping it sealed preserves the box as a collectible. If you plan to store it, keep it upright, out of direct sunlight, away from heat and damp, and clear of heavy items stacked on top.

Protect and Grade Your Pulls

The included sleeves and collector’s box are a good start. For extra protection, add penny sleeves and top loaders from our Pokémon accessories. If you pull a strong chase card or want to protect the Eevee promo, you can consider sending it to PSA for grading, and you can browse our graded PSA slabs too.
